Cieszę się na taką możliwość, ale jak pewnie wiecie - wymaga ona dużej samodyscypliny, skupienia i dokładności. Na szczęście u mnie jest tak, że jak MUSZĘ coś zrobić to nie ma przebacz. At this time amongst all the understandable worry & fear arising in our communities around the C-virus I highly recommend walking out in nature every day for 30 mins to breathe in fresh air☆oxygenate your body☆soak up the sun☆ free up the mind away from information overload! ♡I've just come back from my daily walk and seen butterfly's dancing in the breeze♡ beautiful flowers opening for the first time♡ birds singing their hearts out♡ sunshine warming my skin ♡ It doesn't change what's happening in our communities & across the world but it does help me feel more resiliant & I've come home with a greater sense of deep peace & bigger picture. ☆if you can't walk in nature for half an hour find a tree to sit next to or a blossoming flower or vibrant plant you can enjoy instead.
